Youth
The next generation of the house: Youth Sunday, the yearly retreat, and the Extravaganza.
The youth are the next generation of this house: young people on fire for God, with their own gatherings and their own leadership.
On Youth Sunday the young people take charge of the whole service, leading the house in worship and the word. Once a year there is a youth retreat, a few days set apart together. And the Extravaganza is where they showcase their talents, everything God has put in them, for the church to celebrate.
The bake sale
The young people volunteer to make the snacks themselves and sell them, and what they raise goes towards youth programmes and outings.
Youth Without Walls
Our young people are part of Youth Without Walls, a movement wider than this parish: young people from other parishes and other churches gather with it too. It has its own home online, linked on this page.
Teenagers (13 to 18)
Our teenagers belong to the youth family. Alongside their own track, they love to help out at children’s events, like the drama on Children’s Day, serving the younger ones as they grow.
